Duckeys Pita Wedges


These make the perfect accompaniment to any dip, especially my Tzatziki Greek dip!

To Make...

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

2. Place pita wedges on baking sheets

3. Spray some 1 calorie olive oil

4. Bake until crisp, about 10 minutes

5. Allow to cool

(Can be made 1 day ahead. Store pita airtight at room temperature.)

Serve cucumber Tzatzik dip with baked pita wedges - great for picnics, parties and occasions. I love these wedges they are so simple and so tasty! Let me know what you think?
