Seasoned Sweet Potato Wedges

Have you ever fancied something different with your meal?

Then why not try these health sweet potato wedges!

1. Wash the sweet potato

2. Cut into small wedges

3. Add to a tin and spray with 1 calorie spray

4. Season with Parprika and Pepper

5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until crisp.
