RECIPE: Warm smooth and creamy melt in your mouth vanilla rice pudding dotted with plump rasins and drizzled with honey.
You will need:
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 egg, 1 egg white
2 cups skim milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg, and pour into a greased baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with fresh grated nutmeg.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until set.
